       A captivating and experienced  Teacher and Speaker, Mar’Sue Haffner has proven to be a passionate force for companies and their sales teams that she’s worked with across the nation.

Born in Baton Rouge, LA and raised in Flint, MI, Mar’Sue has spent much of her life traveling the globe, picking up new perspectives and approaches to Sales and life along the way. Her style is sincere and undeniably exuberant, raising the spirits of her audiences and anyone near with her insightful stories, authentic experiences, and advice from years of fieldwork in a variety of industries.

With over 30 years of sales and leadership experience, she’s risen to the top of her career in every role undertaken. She is recognized as a National Sales Trainer, Sales Strategist, Coach, Consultant & Keynote for high-ranking companies with competitive Sales Teams. Mar’Sue has become renowned in the field of Sales and Marketing, earning recognition along with other Sales Trainers across the U.S.

In 2022, she was awarded “Legend of Sales and Marketing” by the Dallas Home Builder Association in Dallas, humbly joining the ranks of her colleagues alongside the true Legends that are Ebby Halliday and Bob Fox of Fox & Jacobs. As a coveted award, it validates her career path, her passion for people, and 30-plus years dedicated to Sales and Training.

As an experienced traveler, Mar’Sue embraces all peoples, their customs and beliefs, around the world. She loves to hear their story. This understanding has established her a Legend in Sales and Corporate Training.

  • Worked with over 150 different Homebuilder Teams across the U.S., half of which were Realtors in many states who were managing properties.

  • Consultant for growing Home Builders & Developers of Master-Planned Communities.

  • Presented Sales Training via Seminars, Schools, Workshops, Online e-Learning Modules, & Virtual Sessions.

  • Developed Real Estate Sessions on “The Power of Personality” as well as “The Multi-Cultural Buyer." Both courses were offered as continuing education for general Real Estate CE credits toward their license renewal.


1991-2010 (19 years)

Sales Associate, Sales Manager, VP Sales & Marketing

  • 19-year career with Semi-Custom/Production Builder in DFW. Numerous roles from Sales Associate, Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

  • Managed over 45 Communities, 5 Sales Managers, & 100 Sales Professionals at one time.

  • Instrumental in the company’s growth from 25 homes sold per year to over 1000, expanding from one community to over 45.
